IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Warm Water Method
If the oil has become thick or the syringe is difficult to use, gentle warming can help loosen it.
What you’ll need:
Warm tap water
A cup or small bowl
A fully sealed zip-top bag
Steps:
Place the sealed syringe inside a zip-top bag and make sure it is completely closed.
Fill a cup or bowl with warm tap water. The water should feel comfortably warm, similar to a warm bath or shower—not hot or boiling.
Place the sealed bag in the water and let it sit for 2–5 minutes.
Remove the bag and thoroughly dry the outside before using the syringe.
Gently test the plunger. If it remains difficult to move, repeat the warming process once rather than increasing the water temperature.
Important Safety Tips
Never use boiling or recently boiled water.
Do not microwave the syringe or oil. Excessive heat may damage the syringe or affect the oil.
Never force the plunger. If it suddenly releases, excessive pressure could cause the syringe to break or malfunction.
Keep the syringe sealed while warming to prevent water from coming into contact with the product.
